Ultramid® 尼龙:PA6,66, 6/66, 6/6T
Ultramid是以PA6、PA66和各种共聚物(如PA6/66、PA66/6以及部分芳香族聚酰胺)为基础的聚酰胺成型化合物。由于它们良好的性质,这些材料已经成为几乎所有工程领域中的多种部件和机器零件(如作为优质电绝缘材料)以及许多特殊应用中不可缺少的材料。Ultramid因其高机械强度、刚度和热稳定性而与众不同。在低温下,Ultramid也能够提供良好的抗冲击性、优越的滑动摩擦性和无故障加工性。
1.结晶料,熔点较高熔融温度范围窄,热稳定性差,料温超过300度、滞留时间超过30min即分解。较易吸湿,需干燥,含水量不得超过0.3%.
2.流动性好,易溢料。宜用自锁时喷嘴,并应加热。
3.成型收缩范围及收缩率大,方向性明显,易发生缩孔、变形等。
增强Ultramid A级(尼龙66)
PA66尼龙A3EG10--注塑级,50%玻纤增强。尺寸稳定性好,在较高温度下也具有较高的抗蠕变应力。适合需要高刚性的电器绝缘制品和机械零
件等。

Ultramid is a polyamide moldingcompound based on PA6, PA66, and various copolymers (such asPA6/66, PA66/6, and some aromatic polyamides). Due to theirexcellent properties, these materials have become indispensablematerials for various components and machine parts in almost allengineering fields (such as as as high-quality electricalinsulation materials) and many special applications. Ultraid standsout due to its high mechanical strength, stiffness, and thermalstability. Moreover, even at low temperatures, Ultraid can providegood impact resistance, superior sliding friction, and trouble-freeprocessing.
1. Crystalline materials have ahigh melting point and narrow melting temperature range, poorthermal stability, and decompose when the material temperatureexceeds 300 degrees Celsius and the retention time exceeds 30minutes. It is easy to absorb moisture and needs to be dried, witha moisture content not exceeding 0.3%
2. Good fluidity and easyoverflow. It is advisable to use a self-locking nozzle and heat itup.
3. The forming shrinkage rangeand shrinkage rate are large, with obvious directionality, and areprone to shrinkage, deformation, etc.
