制备
聚碳酸酯纺织纱管的生产,选用光气法生产的PC为原料,其中新料为80%,再生料为20%。其生产工艺流程如下:

对于废旧再生PC料,还可以进行增韧处理,顶替新料使用。可在再生PC料中,共混少量的尼龙树脂,或高抗冲聚苯乙烯树脂,可使制品的冲击强度提高1倍以上,弯曲强度也有改善,对树脂的加工性能、表面光铎均有所提高了很多。
