尼龙PA66塑胶料拉丝流胶的处理方法:
1,加的次料比例太大,当然,有的老板就是要节约原料,降低成本才把次料比例加大的,当然这也不是说没有办法解决,那就需要良好的除湿干燥设备,普通的随即干燥机是不行的,要用烤箱才能达到zuijia效果,至于选哪种品牌的烤箱那就需要您自己衡量了。
2,射嘴温度设定太高,这个容易,只要降低就行了。
3,原材料干燥不充分,烘料时间或温度上有问题,再者要检查下干燥机是否坏了,有的干燥机电源打开了其实没有温度或者温度根本上不去。
4,还可以适当加大螺杆松退量。
5,有的原料供应商把您骗了,您卖的料是假的,根本不能做产品,又是粘模又是顶破。Zui重要的原因是原料水分没有烤干燥,我曾经用过PA66全次料做产品,只要用烤箱80度烤四个小时应该没有问题。
尼龙PA66常见注塑加工缺陷及解决方法:
PA66的粘性较低,因此流动性很好(但不如PA6)。这个性质可以用来加工很薄的元件。
它的粘度对温度变化很敏感。PA66的收缩率在1%~2%之间,加入玻璃纤维添加剂可以将收缩率降低到0.2%~1%。收缩率在流程方向和与流程方向相垂直方向上的相异是较大的。
PA66对许多溶剂具有抗溶性,但对酸和其它一些氯化剂的抵抗力较弱。
