可应当可以反覆多次回收利用,在性能上和加工能上仅有极微小的变化,比ABS和AS要好回收 。
加工性能:
①.吸湿少,加工前不需干燥。
②.加工温度较宽,一般在160--260℃之间,流动性好,容易加工。
③.不结晶,收缩率低,不易变形、翘曲等。
④.二次加工。
A.印刷性能:多数牌号的k胶可直接印刷,对较难印刷的可采用电晕放电处理、等离子处理或火焰处理后再印刷。
B.粘合:可以采用溶剂粘合,例如:醋酸乙酯、二氯甲烷;也可以用超声波焊接。
