多喝热水对身体有益,到了该端起保温杯的年纪,枸杞都抓好了,怎能缺一壶干净的热水呢?选购一款安全又好用的电热水壶显得格外重要。
那么电热水壶怎样验货呢?
一、电器分类
-电热器具:装有电热元件而不带有电动机的器具。
-电动器具:装有电动机而不带有电热元件的器具。
-联合型器具:装有电动机和电热元件的器具
二、电热器具
-电热类有电热水壶/电热咖啡壶/电熨斗/三明治炉/多士炉/取暖器/烤箱等;
-电动类有吸尘器/打蛋器/搅拌器/电风扇/榨汁机等;
-联合型器具有电吹风/加湿器等;
-大型家电有空调/冰箱/洗衣机/抽油烟机等。
电热水壶根据不同底座有下面几种:
1. 直插式
2. 360旋转
3. 电源线插拔式.(带尾插)
外观注意事项:如果是塑料件,那需要注意壶身和底座的颜色是否一致.有可能材料不一致而导致有色差,那需要查看客人订单,参考样品,彩盒产品照片.
塑料件注意飞边,缩水,气纹,划痕等外观不良.各个装配部位缝隙应该均匀,间隙不要大于0.8mm.不要有松动/变形等不良现象.
金属件,表面应该注意划痕,锈斑,电镀不良及指纹印等不良情况,外观应该符合客人订单及样品.(例如不锈钢镜面及哑光效果)

三、基本测试
1.Transportation drop test
2.Product Size /power cord length / Weight Measurement(量尺寸的时候尺子拉直,如果卷尺头子有松动,可以从10cm位置开始测量)
4.Assembly/installation check
6.Stability test(加Max刻度的水,并且电源线要放在不利的方向)
7.High voltage test
8.Power on check (注意冷却5分钟再加入冷水)
(留意盖子是否松开或者打不开)
9.Earth continually test if applicable/10.Powerconsumption check
11.Power cord strain relief test
(如果没有拉力器,可以吊相应的重量,这个测试好不要备注没有仪器)
12.Internal workmanship and critical componentcheck
13.Rubbing test for rating label and adhesive Test forprinting, marking and logo
基本测试:如果产品是360度旋转的.
14.Jug body 360 degree rotation check
Poured purified water into Min. level, input rated voltageand switch on, then slowly turned jug body along base for twocircle (clockwise and anti-clockwise), check if intermittentfunction between jug and base.
(其他要求壶身和底座之间垫0.5mm厚的垫圈不能有接触不良的问题发现)
15.Boiling hot water temperature check
Poured purified water into Max level, then input ratedvoltage and switch on, measured boiling water temperature (centreposition) after steam switched off and record actual data intoreport.
the water should not spray out of kettle, and the lidshould be on the housing properly.
(正常烧水应该水不会溅出,如果有问题可以根据溢出或飞溅出的量来备注,拍照或视频来正面)(水温一般要大于98C,时间客人有要求就记录,一般温度到98C后30秒以内温控会跳,当然根据结构不同,如果蒸汽开关在手柄下部就会慢一点)
16.capacity check
The capacity should be complied with requirement(claims)
(一般正负5%)
17.Timing accuracy check (for with timing function item)Timer should be set as per instruction manual and the timer is setat max. time, and then to operate it, the actual time should bemeasured, if no client requirement, the tolerance requirement is:electronics type +/-1minutes, mechanical type+/-10%
18.Dry boiling check
Apply a lower voltage( about 70% of rated voltage ) withno water in the kettle, then check if thermal control switchoperates as intended. no safety issue occurs.
(看下是否发黄变色,塑料是否变形,温控起跳时间是否太慢
19.Handle strength check
The fixing system of handle shall bear a bending stressforce of 100N(applied on (each) handle) for 1minute.
Or The assemblies of handle must support a weight equal to2 times the weight of the water capacity of the unit plus theweight of any cover intended for use with the unit for 1minute.
no any failure of the securing system after testing, i.e.rivets, welds, etc.
20.Smell check Pour tap water into Min. level and inputrated voltage and check if
product emitted bad smell from hot water/body duringbrewing
21.Full function check (including the function which onlycan be checked after fully assembling.)
All of intended functions what specified in instructionmanual should be operated and checked, and all should work properlyas intended.
such as installation/assembly, adjusting, switch/knobaction check, setting, other actual using functionetc.
all of function should be complied withspec.

干烧测试_可以调低电压来防止发热管变色_发热盘底部温控
烧水测试_蒸汽温控基本结构:
正规一点的有三级保护,有些老的插入式的应该没有.3级保护:
1.蒸汽温控(这个指手柄开关位置的那个温控或老的一体温控)
2.如果蒸汽温控失效那壶里的水会一直烧下去,直到烧干,发热盘底部温控会起作用.
3.如果这个温控也失效,随着温度升高,温控器内一个塑料推杆将会融化,会使水壶断电.(这个测试看工厂,如果安全有保证工厂有多余的产品大家可以试着做一下)
铭牌需要壶体和底座都要有的。
