Russian Embassy certification procedures
1．申请人填写认证申请书，将所需认证的证书提交给外交部领事司认证处并交纳相应的认证费用；
1. The applicant shall fill in the application form forcertification, submit the required certification to theCertification Office of the Consular Department of the Ministry ofForeign Affairs and pay the corresponding certification fee;
2．外交部确认后交给俄罗斯驻华大使馆认证加签；
2. After confirmation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, itshall be submitted to the Russian Embassy in China forauthentication and signature;
3．经大使馆认证加签后的证书由原路返回外交部认证处；
3. The certificate signed and authenticated by the embassy shallbe returned to the certification Office of the Ministry of ForeignAffairs by the original way;
4．外交部将认证后的证书交还给申请人。
4. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall return the certifiedcertificate to the applicant.
俄罗斯使馆认证时间加签
The Russian Embassy certifies the time and signs
1，华南地区分香港加签和北京加签，并不是全国的，华东地区的，有些可以在上海加签。
在香港加签的使馆有：埃及使馆认证，沙特使馆认证，阿联酋使馆认证，阿根廷使馆认证，科威特使馆认证，阿曼使馆认证，巴林使馆认证，巴西使馆认证。
其中，阿根廷使馆认证和巴西使馆认证只认证香港公司的文件。

2。在香港加签一般是3个工作日，加上邮寄休假的时间，一般是7天。
北京加签的一般是在7-30个工作日，视国家而定，委内瑞拉使馆认证，利比亚使馆认证，巴西使馆认证，卡塔尔使馆认证等国的时间较长，但一般都是三周左右。

3。产地证加签的费用比其它商业文件的费用低，商业文件加签须按CCPIT新规定做证明书，多了个做证明书的费用，有些国家发票的加签是按发票金额收费的，
如：阿联酋使馆认证，利比亚使馆认证，伊朗，卡塔尔使馆认证，发票金额越高，认证的费用就越多。

4。2007年9月起按CCPIT新规定，CCPIT加签文件不能直接在文件上盖章，要做成证明书的形式来认证。

5。商会认证至少分两种：产地证商会认证，这时可以在产地证第5栏加盖个商会章。

6。因使馆认证的时间一般较长，为了不影响国外客人清关，在资料齐了，也就是开航前办理。
在加签问题上拿不准主意时，要多与客人沟通，因为客人比我们更熟悉他们本国海关的规定。
