功能

完全无大气排放—利用先导式控制系统将所有气体排放至下游系统，不会将任何有害废气排放至空气中。

气密切断—锐利的金属塞和软阀座提供气密切断，可用于终端系统等需要正压关闭的应用。

在严酷的工况下具有很长的使用寿命—金属塞设计可使颗粒和碎屑偏离软阀座，提供卓越的颗粒侵蚀阻力，延长使用寿命。

故障模式选项—可以利用 EZHSO 型弹簧开启式设计实现Zui长的正常运行时间，利用 EZH 型弹簧关闭式设计保护下游资产。 对很多客户来说，通过 EZHSO 型调压器和 EZH 型监测器融合这两种技术可以让这两种装置发挥出Zui大功效。

压力控制—无论负载或入口压力如何变化，都能够提供稳定、的下游压力控制。

安静运行—Whisper Trim™ 阀笼选件可以降低多达 8 dBA 的源头噪声，无需投入大量成本进行管路处理，例如绝缘、埋阀和使用只会屏蔽噪声的外壳。

完整的压力等级—1500 psig/103 bar 相等的入口和出口压力等级，更易选择，无需特殊的启动或关闭程序。

集成式快速切断配置—当出现过压和失压时，EZHOSX 和 EZHSO-OSX 型通过关闭气体停止供气。

EZH(Spring-to-Close) and EZHSO (Spring-to-Open) Series regulators areaccurate pilot-operated, pressure balanced, soft-seated regulators.They are designed for use in high pressure natural gastransmission/city gate stations, large capacity distributionsystems, and power plant feeds. They provide smooth, reliableoperation, tight shutoff and long life.

Features

Absolutely NoAtmospheric Bleed—Eliminatesnuisance and wasteful bleed gas to atmosphere by utilizing apilot-operated control system, which bleeds of the gas to thedownstream system.

Bubble-TightShutoff—A knife-edged metal plug and soft seat provide bubble tightshutoff for use in applications where positive shutoff is requiredsuch as dead-end systems.

LongLife in Severe Service Applications—The metal plug design deflectsparticles and debris away from the soft-seat, which gives excellentparticle erosion resistance, prolonging service life.

Failure ModeOptions—The Type EZHSO spring-to-open design can be utilized tomaximize uptime while the Type EZH spring-to-close design can beutilized to protect downstream assets. For many customers,combining the two technologies with a Type EZHSO worker and TypeEZH monitor incorporates the best of both worlds.

Precise PressureControl—Provides stable and accurate downstream pressure controlregardless of load changes or inlet pressure variations.

Quiet Operation—TheWhisper Trim™ Cage option reduces noise by up to 8 dBa at thesource, eliminating the need for expensive path treatments such asinsulation, buried valves, and enclosures which only masknoise.

FullPressure Rating—The equal inlet and outlet pressure rating of 1500psig / 103 bar, which allows easier selection and requires nospecial startup or shutdown procedures.

Integral Slam ShutConfigurations—Types EZHOSX and EZHSO-OSX discontinue gas serviceby shutting the gas off if there is an overpressure orunderpressure condition.
