一、广州进口食品报关清关流程
1.进口商公司必须拥有海关及检疫的进出口备案,需要有进口出权才能进口,如果没有进出口权又想进口商品,那么可以挂靠我司进出口权进口。
2.进口商需向工商部门申请(食品流通许可证)。
所指预包装食品进口办理标签,取得认监委的合格进口允许。
4.进口产品得到允许后,在发货需办理标签备案。
5.找报关公司代理,商检抽样报关等事。
6.取得中国检验检疫局的合格证书,产品加贴中文标签即可出售。
First, Guangzhou imported food customs clearanceprocess

2. The importer needs to apply to the industrial andcommercial department (food circulation permit).
The import of pre-packaged food refers to the label first,and the qualified import permit of the Certification andAccreditation Administration is obtained.

5. Find agent of customs declaration company, commodityinspection and sample declaration.
6. Obtain the certificate of conformity of the ChinaInspection and Quarantine Bureau, and the product can be sold withthe Chinese label.
二、收货人备案的流程
1、进口商填写食品收货人备案申请表。
2、工商营业执照、对外贸易经营者备案登记表、进出口货物报关登记证、自理报检备案登记表等复印件并校验正本;
3、企业质量安全管理制度、进口食品流通许可证、日常工作管理制度表、经营范围存放地点说明等
4、提供两年内曾从事食品进口、加工和销售的相关说明。
5、拟定经营进口食品的种类、存放地点、并实记录进口化妆品流向,记录保存期限不得少于2年。
6、收货人必须要有食品经营相关范围;
7、收货人要有食品流通许可证;

1. The importer fills in the food consignee filingapplication form.
2. Copy of industrial and commercial business license,foreign trade operator registration registration form, import andexport cargo declaration registration certificate, self-inspectionregistration record registration form, etc., and verify theoriginal;
3. Enterprise quality and safety management system, importfood circulation permit, daily work management system, businessscope, storage location description, etc.
4. Provide relevant instructions for food import,processing and sales within two years.
5. Formulate the types and storage locations of importedfoods, and record the flow of imported cosmetics. The record periodshall not be less than 2 years.
6. The consignee must have a relevant scope for foodbusiness;
7. The consignee must have a food circulationpermit;

1、产地证
2、自由销售证明&卫生证
3、营业执照复印件盖公章
4、彩色标签照片盖公章
5、装箱单、f.a票、合同
6、报关、报检委托书
7、空白的便签纸尽量多寄一些
8、报关、报检十位代码
9、包装产品设计稿及包装设计稿的外文翻译
报检时,进口商或者其代理人应当将所进口的食品按照品名、品牌、原产国(地区)、规格、数/重量、总值、生产日期(批号)及质检局规定的其他内容逐一申报。
