由燕尾板条轴瓦灵活拼装成对开轴承，便于安装和维修，无需出轴，较之筒式轴承过盈安装更可靠。检修时如有需要，可便捷地替换板条轴瓦，也可以在一个轴承中混合或交错装配多种不同材料等级的均质弹塑体聚合物合金燕尾板条轴瓦，轴承达到耐磨，自润滑，有效控制震摆的平衡。

hybron bearing can be flexibly assembled into split bearing withdovetail slat bearing bush, which is convenient for installationand maintenance without shaft extension, and more reliable whencompared with the interference installation of cylinder bearing. Ifnecessary during overhaul, the slat bearing bushes can beconveniently replaced, and a variety of homogeneous elastoplasticpolymer alloy dovetail slat bearing bushes of different materialgrades can be mixed or staggered in one bearing, so that thebearing achieves wear resistance and self-lubricating, andeffectively controls the balance of wobble.

注：

燕尾板条轴瓦材料有三个等级可供选择，水泵默认选用白色TSTN，选用TSTN以外材质标示为TQDS40/xxxx，后四位标示材质。板条出厂以环境温度21~28℃，相对湿度40-60%条件下控制公差。超出此环境条件，板条尺寸有可能受环境条件影响，超出公差范围。遇此情形，请提交测量环境条件及板条尺寸与厂家联系确认是否合理可用。（板条Zui长830mm，可按需订制）

Note:

There are three grades of dovetail slat bearing bush materialsto choose from. White TSTN is selected by default for water pumps.In addition, the materials are marked with TQDS40/xxxx (the lastfour characters repress ent materials). Tolerance is controlledunder the conditions of ambient temperature of 21-28℃ and relativehumidity of 40-60% when the slats leave the factory. Beyond theenvironmental condition, the slat size may be affected byenvironmental conditions and exceed the tolerance range. In suchcase, please submit the conditions of measurement environment andslat size, and contact the manufacturer to confirm whether it isreasonable and available. (The maximum length of a slat is 830mm,which can be customized on demand)
