oEffective for factory audits conducted on or after 6 July 2009, ifthe audit results for an initial or annual
recertificationaudit do not lead to the factory being certified, a chargeback willbe issued to the vendor for
theaudit fees owed to the audit company. Payments not receivedpromptly may result in delays or
cancellationof shipments.
