PA66模具温度：建议80℃。模具温度将影响结晶度，而结晶度将影响产品的物理特性。对于薄壁塑件，如果使用低于40℃的模具温度，则塑件的结晶度将随着时间而变化，为了保持塑件的几何稳定性，需要进行退火处理。
短纤维可与棉、毛和粘胶纤维混纺，使织物具有良好的耐磨性和强度。还可用作尼龙搭扣、地毯、装饰布等。工业上主要用于制造帘子布、传送带、渔网、缆绳等。
2 化学改性
化学改性是通过化学反应在PA66分子的主链或侧链引入新的结构单元、聚合物链或功能基团，从而使其结构、性能都发生变化。
前者大特点是高强度（钢丝的5～6倍)、高模量(钢丝的2～3倍)、低比重（钢丝的1/5），它耐高温、抗化学腐蚀，但耐紫外线较差。1950年法国开发了聚酰胺11。1958年试制成功聚酰胺1010，苏联试制成功共聚酰胺。

Melting temperature of PA66:260~290 ℃. The product temperature for glass additives is 275~280℃. The melting temperature should be avoided above 300℃.
PA66 mold temperature: 80 ℃recommended. The mold temperature will affect the crystallinity,which will affect the physical properties of the product. Forthin-walled plastic parts, if a mold temperature below 40 ℃ isused, the crystallinity of the parts will change over time. Inorder to maintain the geometric stability of the parts, annealingtreatment is required.
Short fibers can be blendedwith cotton, wool, and viscose fibers to give the fabric good wearresistance and strength. It can also be used as nylon buckles,carpets, decorative fabrics, etc. In industry, it is mainly usedfor manufacturing curtain fabrics, conveyor belts, fishing nets,cables, etc.
2 Chemicalmodification
Chemical modification is theintroduction of new structural units, polymer chains, or functionalgroups into the main or side chains of PA66 molecules throughchemical reactions, resulting in changes in their structure andproperties.
The former is characterized byhigh strength (5-6 times that of steel wire), high modulus (2-3times that of steel wire), and low specific gravity (1/5 of steelwire). It is resistant to high temperature and chemical corrosion,but has poor UV resistance. In 1950, France developed polyamide 11.In 1958, polyamide 1010 was successfully trial-produced, and theSoviet Union successfully trial-produced copolyamide.
