SURLYN的耐衝擊、耐磨耗性可應用在高爾夫球、運動護膝用品、滑板等運動用品，效果
十分良好。另外，其耐油脂和溶劑性、氣密性極佳性質充分發揮在香水瓶蓋、保鮮膜等
用品中。鞋類後套、海綿則利用它質輕、加工簡易、設計方便、顏色性良好、透明性佳
、耐低溫性等特質。
加工應注意事項：
1。SURLYN 具有吸濕性，拆裝後暴露在空氣中過久，會影響成型的品質，所以在成型前
請先烘乾，烘乾溫度請控制在60~65‘C，時間約6~8小時。
2．烘乾設備中若無除濕設備請勿使用，否則加熱只會讓含水率上升。
3．射出成型時，請加冷卻水降低成型溫度，以控制硬度、結晶度等物性，防止結晶速度
過快或不均產生的水波紋。
4．射出溫度控制約在190~220‘C之間，模具溫度約在lO~15‘C(需外加冷凍水)，零件的
冷卻時間約射出時間的2~3倍。冷卻時間長一點可使結晶較為完全，避免零件變形。
5．壓力請以飽壓射出，因為原料流動性較低。
6．可以利用PE來增加硬度，不過添加量以5％為上限。
7．生產完後，請以PE清洗射出機料管，以免停機後再開造成設備損壞

Precautions for processing:
1。 SURLYN has hygroscopicity. If it is exposed to the air fortoo long after disassembly, it will affect the of molding,so before molding
Please dry it first. The drying temperature should be controlledat 60~65 'C for about 6~8 hours.
2. Do not use the drying e without dehumidificatione, otherwise heating will only increase the moisturecontent.
3. When injection molding, please add cooling water to reducemolding temperature to control hardness, crystallinity and otherphysical properties, and prevent crystallization speed
Water ripple caused by too fast or uneven.
4. The injection temperature is controlled between 190~220 'C,and the mold temperature is about lO~15' C (need to add chilledwater)
The cooling time is about 2-3 times of the injection time. Alonger cooling time can make the crystallization more complete andavoid part deformation.
5. The pressure should be injected at full pressure because theflow of raw materials is low.
6. PE can be used to increase hardness, but the upper limit is5%.
7. After production, please clean the injection machine materialpipe with PE to avoid e damage after shutdown
