耐化学品性
PPS耐化学性能极好,仅次于聚四氟乙烯,在200℃以下不溶于任何有机溶剂,除强氧化性酸以外,对无机酸、碱和盐类的抵抗性极强。且对各种辐射也很稳定。
尺寸稳定性
PPS树脂经复合后其成型收缩率很低,小于吸收率小于0.05%,线性热膨胀系数也小。在高温、高湿条件下仍表现出良好的尺寸稳定性。
电气特性
PPS的电绝缘性和介电强度很好,在高温、高湿、高频条件下仍具有优良的电性能,其体积电阻率为1×1016Ω.cm,表面电阻率为1×1015Ω,电气强度>18KV/mm.
加工性能
PPS树脂的流动性很好,可用各种方法加工成型,经纤维增强或填充后,仍可注塑成型复杂和薄壁制件。与金属和非金属粘接性
PPS特别对玻璃、铝、钛、不锈钢等具有非常高的粘结强度,附着力达到1级。对玻璃的粘结性能好,极宜作化工设备的衬里。
