The Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is one of many types of qualitycontrol inspections conducted by QGS. It is an important step inthe quality control process and is the method for checking thequality of goods before they are shipped.
When the goods 80% above are ready for shipping, A pre-shipmentinspection need to be performed. our inspectors random selectsamples from finished goods according to international statisticalstandard Acceptable Quality Level ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (AQL) andMIL-STD-105E (ISO2859-1). The PSI confirms that finished productsare in full compliance with your specifications.
When is a suitable time to conduct a Pre-ShipmentInspection?
A Pre-Shipment Inspection is suggested to be scheduled at least 2working days before the planned loading date, so that the buyer canhave enough time to check the report and decide whether to releasethe shipment as planned, or to discuss corrective actions with themanufacturer.
