丙烯酸：丙烯酸，是一种有机化合物，化学式为C3H4O2，为无色液体，有刺激性气味，与水混溶，可混溶于乙醇、。化学性质活泼，在空气中易聚合，加氢可还原成丙酸，与氯化氢加成生成2-氯丙酸，主要用于制备丙烯酸树脂。

The 2018 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation(FOCAC) was held in Beijing from September 3 to 4, 2018. CNPCChairman Wang Yilin attended the opening ceremony and participatedin the High-Level Dialogue between Chinese-African Leaders andBusiness Communities, and delivered a speech at the 6th Conferenceof Chinese and African Entrepreneurs.
In his speech, Wang Yilin said that CNPC has, by giving play to itsadvantages of integration along the petroleum industrial chain andupholding a concept of "Mutually beneficial and commondevelopment", sincerely worked with its partners in the hostcountries of resources in Africa and achieved fruitful results inoil and gas cooperation. This has greatly supported the economic,social and industrial development of these countries, as evidencedby more than 60 billion USD worth of financial revenue, more than120,000 jobs, and self-sufficiency in refined products. Inaddition, CNPC provides oilfield services in 30 African countries,employing nearly 20,000 locals. Relying on its unique advantages intechnology, management and cost control, CNPC has provided strongsupport for the efficient exploration and development of oil andgas in the host countries, and helped enhance their capability inproviding services for the oil industry and promote the overallindustrial development of these countries through continuousefforts in expanding local operation and strengthening localpersonnel training.
Wang Yilin also said that in the process of industrialization inAfrica, energy cooperation is an essential area, especially oil andgas cooperation. CNPC will further oil and gas cooperation inAfrica according to the consensus the delegates have reached at thesummit.
Background
The FOCAC currently has 55 members, namely, China, 53 Africancountries that have established diplomatic relations with China andthe African Union Commission (AUC). Three summits have been held byfar, respectively in 2006, 2015 and 2018.
Themed on "China and Africa: Toward an Even Stronger Communitywith a Shared Future through Win-Win Cooperation", the summit aimsto push forward the joint development of the Belt and Road, andclosely align the Belt and Road Initiative with the African UnionAgenda 2063, the United Nations 2030 Agenda for SustainableDevelopment and the development strategies of Africancountries.
