用于铺筑道路的沥青。以适当性质的原油经常减压蒸馏获得，也可以减压渣油经浅度氧化或丙烷脱沥青工艺后而得，还可以采用不同延度和针入度级别的沥青调和配制而制得。
沥青主要可以分为煤焦沥青、石油沥青和天然沥青三种。具有较好的流动性、热稳定性、持久的粘附性、弹塑性、电绝缘性及抗水性。适用于铺筑中，轻交通量道路沥青路面。

The 2018 Oil and Gas Climate Initiative (OGCI) annual meeting washeld in the United State from September 22nd to 26th, CNPCPresident Zhang Jianhua attended the meeting and delivered aspeech.
Mr.Zhang declared the transparency and reliability of CNPC's publicdisclosure of its carbon emission status. He emphasized that asChina's largest energy company, CNPC attaches great importance togreenhouse gas emissions and has established a reportable,traceable and verifiable statistical system based on China'saccounting standards and OGCI's accounting routine. An independentthird-party certifier is introduced to verify the authenticity ofthe information released. Mr.Zhang also stated that CNPC recognizesthe import role of CCUS in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and heproposed to establish a development mechanism for CCUS industry,policy and multilateral cooperation institutions under the auspicesof the United Nations.
During the meeting, Mr.Zhang compared notes with representatives ofOGCI members including BP, Shell, Total and Saudi Aramco on issuessuch as climate change, energy transition, methane reduction, andCCUS. He witnessed the signing of the Framework Agreementon China's Climate Investment Fund. The China'sClimate Investment Fund is committed to promoting the research,demonstration and promotion of low-carbon technologies and businessmodels, connecting capital markets and China's carbon market, andexploring opportunities of low-carbon transition for the oilindustry.
